• The offer is valid for all the Banks and Financial Institutions enrolled within Fonepay Network, who are 18 years or above, except the employees of Fonepay Payment Service Limited, its holding company and its advertising and promotion agencies.
• The campaign is valid from 13th Ashad 2080 to 31st Ashad 2080 where 1 lucky winner will get to win 100% Cashback upto Rs.50,000. The winners will be provided with cashback within 7 working days after the announcement and have been contacted.
• The winner shall bear any tax implications that may arise from the Prize winnings.
• The Winner will be announced via our social media platform. The winner will be chosen from among the users initiating Fonepay online payments, life Insurance transaction between 13th Ashad till end of the campaign.
• The winner must provide their identification certificate (citizenship/passport) to claim the prize.
• Fonepay will have the right to extend the campaign date accordingly.
• To be eligible for the campaign, participants must pay via mobile banking app, Life Insurance payment from Fonepay online payment section.
• This terms will only be applicable for life insurance category. 
• The transactions done before & after the campaign date will not be eligible for the campaign winner.
• The decision of the Fonepay will be final and binding with regard to contests and prizes and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
• Notification of the winner’s status must be kept confidential until the winners are publicly revealed by the Fonepay or the Winner’s Prize (CASHBACK) may be forfeited as per the Fonepay’s decision.
• The Prize (CASHBACK) are personal to the Winners and are not transferable and cannot be sold under any circumstances. In case the announced winner doesn't receive calls and texts within 48 hours (about 2 days), the prize will be void and the new winner will be selected accordingly.
