Job Description 

  1. Managing the complete software development process from conception to deployment.
  2. Maintaining and upgrading the software following deployment.
  3. Managing the end-to-end life cycle for the production of software and applications.

  7. Overseeing and guiding the analyzing, writing, building, and deployment of software.
  8. Overseeing the automated testing and providing feedback to management during the development process.
  9. Modifying and testing changes to previously developed programs
  10. Implement CI/CD in every product/project 
  11. Implement automated unit testing and automated end-to-end testing in every product/project
  12. Product and services are 100% complaint with defined standards
  13. Committed to meet individual deadlines of the product development. 
  14. Set objectives for the team member every week like learning and sharing about new tools. Work with the team to identify the issue so that what can we do to meet the gap and make sure everyone in the team is familiar with their roles and focus on them.
  15. Create and maintain proper documentation of all the work done. Documents are to be created in such a way that it should be understandable each and every individual
  16. Try to build the team of mentor where all team members help each other to learn and there's no shame in getting help from others. 

Technical Skills:

  • Full stack developement.
  • Knowledge of Angular, React, J2EE, Spring boot, Hibernate, MySQL, Git

 Behavioral Skills:

  • Good communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Quick and self-learner
