Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality of product and product documentation.
- Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test cases.
- Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating quality testing activities.
- Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools.
- Identify, record, track bugs and issues with proper reports.
- Design and execution of QA process in collaboration with the Delivery team, Project Managers and Engineering Team.
- Research on new technology and techniques for continuous improvement of the product quality.
Qualifications
- Education: Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- Prior Years of Experience required: 3 years.
Required Technical Skills
- Knowledge of Load and stress testing
- Knowledge of REST APIs along with experience of using tools like Postman, JMeter.
- Knowledge of Security Metrics ,Security Testing, Performance Testing and PCI compliance.
- Work in Scrum/ Kanban team and proficient with using JIRA or other Project Management Tools for Project Planning and defect management.
- Basic knowledge in SQL
- Knowledge of automation testing with open source tools and frameworks like selenium , robot framework, karate
- Understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and integration of testing within these pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) is plus
- Certificate in QA will be plus point like CSD, ISTQB etc.
