"Pasal Pasal ma Fonepay QR" Campaign. Accept QR Payments & Win Redmi Note 12

Fonepay has announced its latest campaign “Pasal Pasal ma Fonepay QR” designed to encourage businesses across Nepal to embrace Fonepay QR payments. 

The campaign will be kicked off from October 5 till November 4, 2023. The “Pasal Pasal ma Fonepay QR” campaign offers enticing giveaways to reward participating merchants in the form of Redmi Note 12.

Each week, seven lucky winners will be chosen, one from each province, making a total of 28 winners throughout the campaign. To participate in the "Pasal Pasal ma Fonepay QR" campaign, merchants need to accept a minimum of 10 Fonepay QR payments per week, with a cumulative transaction value of at least Rs 1000. 

Please refer to the terms and conditions provided below to become more familiar with the details of this campaign.    

1. The campaign shall commence from Asoj 18 2080 to Kartik 18 2080 (“Campaign Period”).  

2. To participate in the "Pasal Pasal ma QR" campaign, merchants need to accept a minimum of 10 Fonepay QR payments per week, with a cumulative transaction value of at least Rs 1000. Each week, seven lucky winners will be chosen, making a total of 28 winners throughout the campaign.  

3. By participating in the Campaign, the eligible merchant shall be taken as having agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.  

4. Any QR transactions which are incomplete, unsuccessful, or performed before or after the Campaign Period shall not be eligible for the Campaign.  

5. The prizes for this campaign will not be converted to cash and is non-transferable.  

6. The winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries at the end of the campaign period.  

7. The winner will be announced and notified through publication in the Fonepay’s social media platform. 

8. If a selected winner is found to be unreachable or the winner could not be contacted within 3 days, Fonepay reserves the right to select an alternate winner for this campaign.  

9. The winner must collect their Prize within 35 days of the date of the contact with them and failure to which the prize will be forfeited back to Fonepay.  

10. The winners must bring valid identification documents like PAN documents, citizenship, license, passport etc. while collecting the prize and the applicable taxes related to the prize must be borne by the winner themselves.  

11. By accepting the prize, the participant consents to Fonepay publicizing their names in Fonepay’s official website and social media platforms for the promotion of future events should the participant emerge a winner.  

12. The decisions of Fonepay regarding the selection of winners and any other aspect of the campaign are final and binding.  

13. By participating in the Campaign, each Customer is deemed to have consented to the collection, use and disclosure of his/her personal information by Fonepay for verifying the eligibility of each Customer, verifying the identity of the each Customer at the time of utilization or awarding of the Prize, conducting the Campaign, announcing/publicity of each Customer (including having the each Customer’s photo taken/published), contacting each Customer regarding the foregoing, and all purposes and promotions incidental to the Campaign.  

14. Fonepay reserves the rights at its absolute discretion to withdraw, cancel, suspend, extend, or terminate this Campaign at any time in whole or part, or to vary, delete or add to any of the Terms and Conditions herein at any time with prior notice, by way of posting on the Fonepay’s website or in any other method deemed suitable by Fonepay. Notice of such variation of the Terms and Conditions or suspension or termination of the Campaign will take effect from the date set out in the notice.  

15. Fonepay shall not be obliged to give any reasons whatsoever or enter any correspondence with any person(s) on any matter concerning the Campaign.  

16. Fonepay shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to any act of God, war, riot, strike, terrorism, epidemic, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm, or any event beyond the reasonable control of Fonepay.  

17. The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal.
