Fonepay Business App

Fonepay Business app is an app designed for Fonepay merchants to handle all of their business payments. This app allows merchants to request payment from customers, view payment details, initiate refunds, receive payments through FoneTAG and customer presented QR, view their statements and perform activities with many other useful features.

Step 1: Find “Register” option at login dashboard. 

Step 2: Enter your mobile number to register account on Fonepay. 

Step 3: Enter the OTP code. 

Step 4: Set the password. 

Step 5: Enter your banking details to unlock QR.

Step 1: Find the refund option inside payment setting.  

Step 2: Select the payment status. 

Step 3: Fill transaction ID and Session number of the transaction. 

Step 4: Select either “Full refund” or “Partial refund”. 

Step 5: Initiate Refund.

You can find the snapshot of payment received and settled at the home screen itself.

No, to receive offline payments from your customers, you as a merchant need to be online either through Fonepay Certified POS Devices or Fonepay Business App. Only Customers can be offline during payments.
